Where Broken Promises Become Living Restoration.
In 2022, my husband and I purchased these rolling farm acres in Lindale, Georgia. For us, this ground is not merely property; it is a sacred reclamation and an altar of healing.
"This is a special place that helps us receive the inheritance the United States promised our African American ancestors of 40 acres and a mule. This space is one of restoration, of healing, of joy, and of growth."
Here in northwest Georgia, we practice deep reverence for the soil, water, and living canopy of this valley. We step forward into our ancestral birthright, cultivating a haven where Black agricultural sovereignty, joyous connection, mindful stewardship, and community craftsmanship flourish side by side.
Sacred Land Stewardship
We hold deep reverence for this valley, its natural springs, towering pines, and living soil. We steward this land with mindful regenerative care, native flora preservation, and a quiet commitment to honoring the earth and all who have walked these ridges.
The 40 Acres Promise Reclaimed
Special Field Order No. 15 promised our ancestors land and independence. While history deferred that justice, we plant our feet upon this land to declare that restoration is here, joy is ours, and generational abundance continues to blossom.
